Got the chance to accompany one of my classes to a museum where they inform about the various changes (made and planned) to the Rhine river before it enters Lake Constance. After learning we got to ride the Rheinbähnle – an ancient train on narrow tracks going almost all the way up to the mouth of the Rhine where we hiked through one of Lake Constance’s wildlife reserves.
